1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
